Born and raised on the Monterey Peninsula, Kristi relocated back to the area, living in Carmel, and is thrilled to join the Property Management Team as Vacation Services Manager. She brings over 22 years' experience in customer service, leadership, management of facility operations, marketing, curiosity for lifelong learning and process improvements.  Kristi has a welcoming attitude with an engaging client service mindset to deliver memorable life experiences to those she encounters.  With her local knowledge of the area, "can do attitude", and customer driven focus, Kristi awaits the opportunity to guide you on your next vacation adventure!  In her spare time, you can find her exploring for new adventures, playing sports, coaching her son, and being an active member of community projects.

Elizabeth works on the Property Management team as Client Services Manager. As a Monterey Peninsula native, Elizabeth's local knowledge and community involvement is extensive. Her desire to help her clients and strong work ethic to meet the goals and needs of others makes her a great asset to the Carmel Realty Company team. Through reliable and excellent communication, she is committed to finding you the perfect vacation home.

Elizabeth holds a Bachelor's Degree from Ohio University and is also a Licensed Real Estate Agent. Her background in healthcare and hospitality shapes her compassionate approach to outstanding customer service. In her spare time, you may find her taking a stroll at her favorite Carmel Beach, or dining at one of her favorite local restaurants. She continues to learn the market, explore, and adventure into the many wonderful activities she takes pride in, in her home of Carmel. Elizabeth's love and admiration of the Peninsula paired with her passion for Real Estate create a perfect resource for our clients.

Katie works on the Property Management Team as Director of Vacation Management Services.  She moved from the Bay Area to the beautiful Monterey Peninsula in 2018 and is thrilled to call this amazing area home. Katie has extensive hospitality experience having worked in luxury resorts such as Pebble Beach and Bernardus Lodge, as well as private clubs in the San Francisco area. Katie brings her commitment and desire to provide the ultimate customer experience to the Property Management team. Her attention to detail, positive attitude and dedication ensure she never misses an opportunity to make long lasting memorable experiences for our clients. If not working, you will find her taking advantage of the incredible restaurants, beaches and hiking trails throughout the area.
